dh-haskell software package provides debhelper add-on for packaging software written in Haskell, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-haskell
dh-haskell is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-haskell package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-haskell *
You will get with dh-haskell package name, version, architecture and description in a table
